Delivery
Any orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday for delivery. Excludes delivery on Bank Holidays.
- If an order does not arrive, please allow two days from when it is due to arrive before contacting us.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Next Day Delivery Information
To ensure that you receive your order the very next day, please note the following important details:
- Cut-Off Time: Orders must be placed before 2 pm to qualify for next day delivery.
- Processing: Orders placed after 2 pm will be processed on the following business day.
- Delivery Days: Our Next Day Delivery service operates from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday, while orders placed after 2 pm on Friday will be processed and delivered on Tuesday.

Custom Charges
You may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the package reaches your country. It would be best if you bore these additional charges; we have no control over them. Since customs vary from country to country, don’t hesitate to contact your local customs office for further information.

RETURNS:
We hope that you are truly satisfied with your purchase, however, if you want to return something, please follow the guidance below.
Please get in touch with us at help@scombhair.com with your order reference number and reason for return and we will advise you from there. You must notify us of your wish to return within 14 days and the item must be received by us within the following 14 days. If the item returned does not make it back to us in time, we will require proof of postage for a full refund to be made.
The item must be returned undamaged, unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. It must also be returned with the receipt or delivery note enclosed within your package. You will need to return the item at your own cost unless specifically agreed by us.
We will refund the debit or credit card used to make the original purchase.
We may at our discretion extend the returns period.

Damages
If the item has been damaged on its way to you, please get in touch with us first with details of the damaged product , including the order number and, ideally, a photograph. Please send the information to help@scombhair.com and we’ll contact you to make arrangements.
Changes To Your Order
If you need to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible at help@scombhair.com
before the order is dispatched. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we can’t make any changes. Please provide the order number in any contact with us.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you collect the order or have it delivered to you.
Cancellation requests must be sent to us at help@scombhair.com. Please provide the order number.
If you cancel the order, we will reimburse you using the same payment method you used when placing the order. We aim to reimburse
- within 14 days of when we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
- within 14 days from when you provide evidence you have returned the goods, or
- if no goods were supplied within 14 days of when we were informed by you to cancel the order.
We will reimburse payment for any goods and services, including delivery costs, but we may make deductions for:
- loss in value of any goods if the loss is the result of any unnecessary handling by you
- the difference, if any, between the least cost shipping service and the shipping service you chose.
We will not reimburse your costs of returning goods to us.
